Meet Jazmin Silva
The new Diversity and Inclusion Ambassador for NACE Orlando. For those who are unfamiliar, NACE stands for the National Association for Catering and Events. Kristin Hubbard, a member of NACE Orlando, stated “We are passionate about making sure NACE Orlando always feels welcoming, Because of that, we are committed to developing and supporting a robustly diverse, equitable, and inclusive community…”
Jazmin’s role is to act as an ambassador for the underrepresented groups and make sure all voices are heard within the organization (per the NACE press release).
Jazmin stated, “I feel honored to be given this responsibility, and I’m looking forward to seeing NACE grow.”
