I agree and consent to the submission terms listed below and by agreeing to these terms I also agree that this agreement may be electronically signed. The parties agree that the electronic signatures appearing on this agreement are the same as handwritten signature for the purposes of validity, enforce-ability and admissibility.

I grant Team D Productions LLC, dba I Said Yes! FL (I Said Yes!), its representatives and employees the right to use all forms of content in connection with their website isaidyesfl.com, their blogs, their publications and/or their promotional and marketing efforts (email marketing, print promotional materials, social media marketing, et. al). This authorization is continuous and this release will cover all my submission in any form to I Said Yes! and its representatives.

I consent to indemnify I Said Yes! any claim, demand, action, suit or other proceedings against I Said Yes! arising out of the use of the content ad related to any false or inaccurate statements.

I understand and agree that the employees, editors and/or legal representatives for I Said Yes! will not be held liable for any legal issues arising out of false statements made by me about my submission(s) or my inability in clearing the rights with any other right holders of my submission(s)

I understand that I Said Yes! may or may not use my submission(s), or may decide to use only a portion of my submission(s), but by entering into this agreement I have given I Said Yes! the option to use the submission(s) for publication with I Said Yes!

Content submitted to us by you, or by third parties such as (but not limited to other participants). By submitting such content the party making the submission is representing and warranting (a) that the text is their original work and created solely by themselves and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any party, (b) that they have obtained any and all necessary releases from subjects depicted in said original work; (c) that they grant to us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, irrevocable, non-exclusive and fully sub-licensable right and license to use, in any and all media whether now known or thereafter devised, in perpetuity, anywhere in the world, with the right to make any and all commercial or other uses thereof, including without limitation, reproducing, editing, modifying, adapting, publishing, displaying publicly, creating derivative works from, incorporating into other works or modifying the photo and (d) that they hereby release and discharge us from and against any and all claims, liabilities, costs, damages and expenses of any kind arising out of or relating to the use by us of any content submitted.
