With an ASPCA Wedding Campaign, you can say “I Do” to giving animals in need a Happily Ever After! Let your family and friends know that in lieu of gifts, you are celebrating your wedding by making a difference in the lives of animals.

To get started, create a personal fundraising page and share it with your wedding guests. Therefore, they know that you would like them to donate to the ASPCA in celebration of your fairy “tail” ending.

The ASPCA will help commemorate your special day by sending an ASPCA picture frame and customized wedding ornament to couples who raise $50 or more. I’ve raised $50, how do I get my ASPCA ornament and frame set?
When you reach your $50 goal, we will send you a congratulatory email confirming your gift. All you have to do is respond to our email!

I’m interested in donating in lieu of wedding favors as well. How do I request wedding favor cards?
You can donate directly to the Wedding Favors form to receive ASPCA Wedding Favor cards. If you prefer to give by phone, please call Linda Tiramani at (212) 876-7700, ext. 4516.

Why should I fundraise?
When you fundraise for the ASPCA, not only are you raising crucial funds to support our life-saving programs and initiatives, but you are also spreading awareness of the ASPCA’s mission to provide effective means for the prevention of cruelty to animals throughout the United States. And there is no fundraising minimum—a gift in any amount is much appreciated and goes a long way in helping our animal friends.

Do I have to register/login first to start creating my fundraising page?
Yes, you must create an account in order to create your fundraising page.

Where do donations made through my online fundraising page go?
Online donations made on your fundraising page go directly to the ASPCA. The donation amount will be shown on your page and 100% of the contributions will be attributed towards your fundraising goal.

Around 690 million people go to bed hungry every night, and nearly half of all child deaths worldwide are linked to malnutrition. Many young children never get a chance to live beyond the age of five – even though we can predict, prevent and treat malnutrition.

As the world’s hunger specialist, we have the knowledge and tools to save the lives of malnourished children. More than 17 million people were helped in 2019 with our lifesaving programs. However, we need more funds to expand our reach and create a future where no child dies of hunger.

Wish Upon A Wedding Mission

Wish Upon a Wedding grants weddings and vow renewals to couples facing serious illness or life-altering health circumstances.

Our Story

In 2009 wedding planner Liz Guthrie inspired businesses and wedding industry professionals to get involved. That is to say, she showed them how their donations will help give a deserving couple the wedding of their dreams. These professionals donated their money and services to host a free wedding.  This was born out of Liz’s desire to give back to couples in need. As a result, this one wedding started a movement in the industry. After that, Wish Upon a Wedding was formed.

The original wedding industry founders came together with a vision to give couples and their loved ones a day away from serious illness. Due to health-related circumstances outside of their control, the couples we honor have endured far greater challenges than many of us could possibly imagine. Above all, we we aim to celebrate their love for one another. Today, our board members and local committees have grown to include professionals and partners from a wide range of industries across the United States. Therefore, we are able to grant weddings and vow renewals to deserving couples. In the same vein, we are thankful for the generosity of individual donations. Further, we could not do this without the wedding industry professionals, corporate sponsors and partnerships and volunteers, who donate their services.

Celebration Gardens is an intimate outdoor wedding venue in Winter Park that offers romantic and natural settings for couples in the Orlando, Florida area. As an exquisite garden venue, Celebration Gardens is ideal for couples who love outdoor ceremonies and receptions with a unique country touch, all within minutes of Downtown Orlando. We offer two pavilions, one is intimate with seating for up to 50 while the other is a state-of-the-art Grand Pavilion with seating for up to 200 guests and cocktail-style events for up to 300 guests.
