My name is Megan Mize and I am the owner of Echo Event Rentals. Here is a little about myself and why I decided to start my own event rental company!
I graduated from UCF Rosen College of Hospitality and fell in love with the event industry from the beginning. Once I got my foot in the door there was no going back! I started working part time at Trove Rentals in college and proceeded to become the Event Manager, working full time upon graduation. Recently, I was given the amazing opportunity to take over Trove Rentals and start my own event rental company! The Manor House includes two exquisite getting-ready suites for the engaged couple to relax leading up to the ceremony. With separate exterior entrances, there are two beautiful bedrooms each with a full bath, sitting areas, makeup and hair lounge, and access to the Pegasus Patio with a saltwater pool, billiards table, dart board, lounge seating for 12, an open fire pit and garden swing under an ancient live oak tree dripping with moss provide the perfect setting for the bridal party to enjoy their day.
Outdoor spaces include the Butterfly Garden and Swing Nook for an intimate mini-wedding or elopement, the Twin Oaks Corral for a beautiful outdoor ceremony under live oaks with hanging moss, the Grassy Lawn for a stunning sunset view, and the Paddock for larger events and tenting. Coming soon is the Piazza, another outdoor space for a ceremony, lawn games, tenting or any alfresco activity.
