Meet Betty, the heart and soul behind The Cookie Jar Orlando. Fondly known as “that mom” who always has fresh cookies baking, Betty’s passion for baking extends back to her days as an attorney in New York. After successfully running her practice, Betty followed her heart and transitioned from the courtroom to the “cookie room.” She built a reputation in New York for her artisan gourmet desserts, especially her legendary cookies. Now, happily settled in Central Florida, Betty brings her New York favorites and creates new Florida-inspired treats, like Key Lime Meringues and Piña Colada Cocktail Cookies.

Cheyenne began working in the industry 7 years ago as a manager of a food-serving company. She found her calling and decided it was time to open her beverage-serving company. I graduated from UCF Rosen College of Hospitality and fell in love with the event industry from the beginning. Once I got my foot in the door there was no going back! I started working part time at Trove Rentals in college and proceeded to become the Event Manager, working full time upon graduation. Recently, I was given the amazing opportunity to take over Trove Rentals and start my own event rental company! Just a 40-minute drive from Orlando, Pegasus Manor is more than a venue – it’s a destination redefining luxury with its rustic yet chic indoor and outdoor event spaces. Pegasus Hall exudes elegance with its rich wooden walls, white columns, and high open-beamed ceilings. Delicate, dimmable lighting illuminates the space including an open-air pergola.

Our most versatile venue is the Manor Lodge with its unique blend of rustic elegance and contemporary design. Dark wooden walls set a rich, inviting tone, while the dimmable lighting throughout the lodge allows you to create the perfect ambiance to match the mood of your event. The Pegasus Manor House

The Manor House includes two exquisite getting-ready suites for the engaged couple to relax leading up to the ceremony. With separate exterior entrances, there are two beautiful bedrooms each with a full bath, sitting areas, makeup and hair lounge, and access to the Pegasus Patio with a saltwater pool, billiards table, dart board, lounge seating for 12, an open fire pit and garden swing under an ancient live oak tree dripping with moss provide the perfect setting for the bridal party to enjoy their day.

Outdoor Spaces

Outdoor spaces include the Butterfly Garden and Swing Nook for an intimate mini-wedding or elopement, the Twin Oaks Corral for a beautiful outdoor ceremony under live oaks with hanging moss, the Grassy Lawn for a stunning sunset view, and the Paddock for larger events and tenting. Coming soon is the Piazza, another outdoor space for a ceremony, lawn games, tenting or any alfresco activity.

With two climate-controlled 2,400 sq ft buildings each with its pergola and five outdoor spaces, Pegasus Manor is one of the largest indoor/outdoor venues in Central FL and can accommodate over 300+ guests with ample parking for 300 cars and buses.
