exhibitor Form

  • 2023 I Said Yes! Wedding Shows + I DOs and BREWS Events

    Wedding Shows: 10’ x 10’ Ballroom Booths include pipe and drape backdrop, 6’ banquet table and floor length basic table linen. Lobby booths and wall booths do not have backdrop. We cap our categories to not oversaturate any one product or service. I DOs and BREWS Events: Booth space varies and are "table top" size. Include table (normally 6 ft) and linen. Inside and Outside booths available and assigned on a first come, first served basis and based on availability and category. Advertising Members get first right of refusal.
  • Select as many free upgrades as you would like to participate in.
  • Power and WIFI is ordered separately through the venue. Power and WIFI order form available in vendor portal. Price ranges from approx. $85-$185 for a 5 amp outlet.
  • STOP AND READ THIS REMINDER!

    Before you complete this agreement make sure you have checked off the event date and location you are participating in.
  • Select the payment amount that you will be charged. Deposit is required to hold your booth space. Balance is due 30 days before the date of the show.
