Mark Ernest
Mark Ernest is a mentor, artist and humanitarian. Since 2008 he has served Stetson University as a professional fundraiser. Before moving to higher education, he was a commercial construction professional and holds a Florida General Contractors license. He currently serves on the board of director of Global City Mission Initiative and as a mentor with YoungLife, where he works with teens in the foster system. He has served as a leadership trainer to international missions organizations, a construction team leader in Haiti and as a campaign manager for a state political office.
Neal Ernest
Neal is a 25-year leader in the construction industry, responsible for over $2 billion of work in place across the south and southeastern United States. He is a recognized expert in the fields of construction operations and lean project delivery and manages salaried staff of more than 60 professionals on projects employing a workforce of as many as 1,500 craft workers simultaneously. Neal is directly responsible for the training, career development and performance evaluation for operations management staff. Neal holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida.
