After successfully running her practice, Betty followed her heart and transitioned from the courtroom to the “cookie room.” She built a reputation in New York for her artisan gourmet desserts, especially her legendary cookies. Now, happily settled in Central Florida, Betty brings her New York favorites and creates new Florida-inspired treats, like Key Lime Meringues and Piña Colada Cocktail Cookies.
