Will be promoted and given away on social media leading up to the event. Your giveaway must be a stand alone prize.

Load-In Schedule


Begins at 2:00 PM

Ends at 5:30 pm

You will have three and a half hours to complete the set up of your booth.

Your booth must be set up and ready to go by 5:30pm

*Please be courteous to the other vendors who are also loading in and keep in mind the small window in which each of you have to set up. We are all in this together!

Vendor break-down begins

*Do not break down and try to leave before 9:15pm. This will give attendees plenty of time to leave and will not add to this somewhat chaotic time.

Important Details –

Additional tables are $20

All signage must be free standing or on easel, there is no option for hanging signage at this venue.

WIFI Options

You may use your personal WIFI hotspots.

Catering Supplies

Food Vendors! You must provide all of the materials for your booth (utensils, plates, napkins, etc.) The venue and show host will not have any supplies for you.

Bad Weather Back Up Date

In the event that the weather is too severe to produce a successful in person event the back up date will be 11/16/2021.

Trash Cans

If you are supplying food, cake, or doing beauty treatments on the day of the show OR if you think you’ll have trash accumulating at your booth, please bring your own trash can. Show trash cans are not available for private vendor use.

Ice Needs

If your product requires ice you must provide it yourself, the venue will not be available to supply ice during this event.
