Additional tables are $20

All signage must be free-standing or an easel, there is no option for hanging signage at this venue.

ALL exhibitors must provide a certificate of insurance by 30 days prior to the event

Power Options

Must supply your own power cords. Power access is limited. Consider using the battery on your Ipad or laptop instead of plugging into an outlet.  If you  need power, email infoinfo@isaidyesfl.com available on first come, first served basis.

Catering/Spirits Supplies

Food + Spirits Vendors! You must provide your utensils, samples, trash cans, etc. for your event space.

  • Caterers CANNOT serve food at this event
  • Dessert/Cakes CAN be served at this event
  • Spirit/Beer/Wine vendors MUST be
    pre-approved by I Said Yes! before registering

Trash Cans

If you are supplying food, cake, or doing beauty treatments on the day of the show OR if you think you’ll have trash accumulating at your booth, please bring your own trash can. Show trash cans are not available for private vendor use.

 

DO NOT LEAVE trash or trash bags at your booth space when you leave.  

Ice Needs

If your product requires ice you must provide it yourself, the venue will not be available to supply ice during this event.
